(Infocast News) KINGLAND GROUP(01751) has agreed to place up to 48,384,000 Placing Shares at a price of approximately HK$1.481 per Placing Share.T he gross proceeds will be approximately HK$71.66 million and the net proceeds arising from the Placing are estimated to be approximately HK$70.76 million.
The stock jumped 19.46% to HK$2.21 in the morning session.
Kingland Group also proposed to change the English name of the Company from “Kingland Group Holdings Limited” to “AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited” . (SY)
